Absolutely not. Most of our members started right where you are now. Every workout is scalable to your fitness level, and our coaches will guide you through everything. All you need to do is show up — we'll handle the rest.

What happens at my first visit?

You'll sit down with a coach to talk about your goals, health history, and what you're looking for. Then we'll show you around the studio, walk you through how classes work, and help you pick the best starting point. It's relaxed, pressure-free, and all about you.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle — we have everything else you'll need. No special gear or equipment required.
